2. In this LO I used different pieces of flowers and butterflies. All of them were covered with the LSG embossing powders. I also added brads as a centerpieces to the flowers. I used the leftovers from the butterflies as an additional layer to the background (this piece was also covered with the LSG ep):
3. In this card I used several techniques to highlight the chipboard pieces. The ruler was pained with the LSG spray. I added some rhinestones to the twig and then cowered it with the glam. The cameras were painted with black glaze:
4. Here I used a swirly frame as one of the layers. First I pained it with the chalk blue ink and then embossed with the clear embossing powder with glitter (I wanted to add some sparkling and to make the blue color permanent):
5. I used different chipboard pieces in this box. Most of them I covered with a thick layer of white embossing powder first and then added an LSG turquoise embossing powder (I wanted the pieces to match the color of the paper but to stand out of it). Then I added different embellishments as a centerpieces. And there is a chipboard swirl on top of the box. I covered it with different acrylic paints and then heat with a heat gun until the paint began to boil (I wanted to achieve this interesting texture effect). Also the chipboard word "Memories" was just covered with white ep:
6. In this card I used two different chipboard pieces. The swirl was covered with acrylic paint, then with LSG moonlight embossing powder randomly. The butterfly was covered with acrylic paint as a base, then I added some LSG lagicals and ep; after all I covered it with lacquer-finish and added some microbeads on it. Here you can see my step-by-step tutorial on how to do this:
7. In this LO I used a large chipboard floral frame as a mask. Also you can see some pieces of chipboard covered in different paints:
8. I used 4 different chipboard pieces in this card. All of them are covered with white embossing powder (yep, I'm a fan of embossing LOL)))) I also added pearls to the hert to highlight it:
9. In this LO all chipboard pieces are also covered with different embossing powders together with glitter (I was mixing the colors). I also added some LSG sprays on top of them to match the background:
10. And here is another one fun technique: I used a large piece of chipboard wire border as a stamp here (and embossed the stamp with black ep). Also I covered the chipboard cogs with different embossing powders and paints:
Hi my dear scrap friends!
Happy New Year to everyone))) And may all your dreams come true!
Today I'd like to share with you my 10 fav projects featuring chipboard.
Chipboard is one of my fav embellishments and I use it almost in every project. I've already created some tutorials on how to decorate it (i.e. here). So here is my TOP:
1. In this card I used two different pieces of chipboard. The swirl was painted with yellow acrylic paint and then with crackle accent. The butterfly was painted with the same acrylic paint together with blue glimmer glaze and:
